After nearly a decade working within global financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Citibank, I founded MCU Consulting to help organisations improve reporting, governance, and operational execution.

Throughout my career, I observed many of the operational challenges that emerge as organisations scale: increasing reporting complexity, fragmented workflows, manual processes, and growing demands for transparency and control.

These challenges rarely stem from a lack of capability. More often, they arise from systems, workflows, and ownership structures that have evolved over time without clear coordination. My focus is helping organisations redesign these foundations to create operational clarity, stronger governance, and scalable execution.
